The manual work

An outsourced financial operations firm needed to prepare billing from attendance, service authorizations, and records held in separate systems. Staff assembled data, checked limits, and transferred records manually.

What changed

Aevum Vector built an application that connects those records, applies agreed billing rules, and separates preparation, submission, and verification. Lines needing attention retain their reason and status for review. Payment workflows and authorization forecasts help operators investigate unfinished work and known limits.

What stays with the team

Operators confirm attendance readiness, review mappings and authorization coverage, resolve exceptions, and authorize consequential actions. A prepared job is not the same as a submitted invoice or a confirmed payment.

What this capture demonstrates

In the screenshot shown here, one request records 84 submitted invoices and 1,360 already processed lines. This is evidence of that captured state, not a monthly workload figure or a claim that the entire operation is reconciled.

Actual product capture prepared September 24, 2026. Names, identifiers, and private details are permanently redacted. The PDF shows a different capture: 256 ready invoices and four held for review, still awaiting final submission.
